come from?

manufacturing partners in the USA, Taiwan and China, as well
as specialist manufacturers throughout Europe.

What is your faulty
goods / return policy?
This is strictly controlled under our QA policy. On notification
of faulty goods, an internal rejection note is raised and subject
to agreement replacement goods will be dispatched on our standard
overnight carrier if in stock. Furthermore a corrective action
report and quarantine document will be raised at the customers
request and added to our database

How long will it
take to receive my goods from time of order?
Online orders are shipped next day for orders received before
3pm. For bulk and wholesale orders, our policy is that Global
Plastics is a specialist distributor dedicated to manufacturers
and distributors alike. We offer a product range covering several
thousand items. Our policy is to stock fast moving items available
for next day delivery. Our key partners are based in the far
east and the US and we receive monthly shipments from each manufacturer.

Basic criteria for credit accounts is trading name and address,
accounts address, bank details, 2 trade references, amount of
credit required and number of years trading. Please contact
